Machining

All machining operations are performed in-house at our facility, ensuring complete control over every stage: balancing, boring, welding, grinding, milling, drilling, and full assembly (housing, shaft, bearings, and retaining rings).

TURNING AND BORING

We manufacture mechanical components according to customer drawings, with diameters from Ø30 to Ø520 mm and lengths up to 3,150 mm on horizontal lathes, and components with diameters from Ø100 to Ø850 mm and lengths up to 400 mm on vertical lathes, ensuring high dimensional and surface finish standards.

The production department is equipped with 2- to 4-axis CNC lathes with FANUC controls, suitable for cylindrical turning, eccentric turning, boring, milling, facing, inclined drilling with a dedicated motorized unit, grooving/rounded knurling, knurling, and various types of threading.

MILLING

Machining centers with multiple tables and continuous 5-axis moving column, featuring simultaneous 4-axis interpolation, integrated base with fixed and rotary table, and a stabilized cast-iron structure (X carriage and column) for high rigidity and vibration damping.

Axis travels: X = 3,000 mm, Y = 850 mm, Z = 800 mm; rotary axes B = ±110°, C = 360°; high-speed spindle up to 12,000 rpm, high-pressure coolant.

Equipped with an automatic probing system for in-cycle dimensional inspection.

Machining capabilities include milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and threading, with precision finishes ranging from Ø15 to Ø450 mm and a maximum length of 3,150 mm.

Welding

We have an industrial welding robot by Daihen (OTC Daihen), ensuring homogeneous, defect-free welds.

The system supports synergic MIG/MAG and pulsed AC/DC TIG welding processes, providing arc stability, controlled heat input, and uniform weld beads, even on complex geometries.

We also perform qualified manual welding with certified personnel, in accordance with WPQR procedures and AWS standards.

Additionally, we have dedicated machines for hot assembly of components.

Testing

The TESTING department ensures a quality standard in accordance with ISO 9001, performing dimensional inspections throughout the entire production cycle to guarantee full compliance of components with the drawing specifications required by the customer.

In addition, we have a large temperature-controlled metrology room housing all inspection instruments, including a recent GLOBAL Lite Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), which ensures precision and reliability in dimensional and geometric checks of the manufactured components, where manual inspections are not sufficient.

Assembly

We perform assembly using an automatic press, including the installation of retaining rings and bearings.

Grinding

We perform CNC cylindrical grinding on external diameters using wheels specific to each type of material.
We guarantee concentricity up to 0.005 mm between diameters and a surface roughness of up to Ra 0.4 μm.

Balancing

We perform static and dynamic balancing according to customer drawings and specifications. Pre-balancing is carried out up to 500 rpm by adding or removing material. Final balancing is performed on a CEMB machine, following the data provided by the customer, up to 4,000 rpm for components with Ø90 mm and L = 2,700 mm.
